I started coaching football when I was 16. Since I was offered the chance with Kingsley United I have never looked back. The chance to have my own team inspired me to create what I have done now. Since joining the club in 2007, I have worked hard at teaching the team how to play a fluid passing style football, that also teaches team work, cohession and trust amongst the whole team. The passion of the lads in not only my team, but aross all the teams in the league inspire me to get up so early of a weekend and coach and train the lads, without them, football would not exist.
